    I'm looking to carve out a dedicated space at home for mindfulness and relaxation. What are some tips and ideas for creating a serene environment conducive to meditation and mindfulness practices?

    Comfy corner for mindfulness? Here's what I did! Declutter & comfy seating is a must. Maybe some calming plants & a scented candle. Soft lighting is nice too. Doesn't have to be fancy, just gotta feel peaceful! 😌😍

      Hi , you may incorporate elements like cushions, yoga mats, or a comfortable chair for seating . Having a designated spot for meditation can make it easier to cultivate a regular practice. You might also include a small table or shelf for items like books, journals, or a meditation timer.
