My bedtime routine for better sleep involves a tech break (phone and laptop away at least an hour before bed), reading a calming paperback book, a warm bath with lavender essential oil, and some slow, deep breaths before lights out. What are your sleep rituals? -
For me, winding down before bed is key. I like to dim the lights an hour before bedtime and spend some time reading or listening to calming music to help my mind relax. Another ritual I swear by is a warm cup of herbal tea, like chamomile or lavender, to soothe both my body and mind. 😉👌👍✨Comment
