Use programmable thermostats to lower temperatures when away and layer clothing and blankets for added warmth. We layer up! Fleece throws and slippers are a must at home. Also programmed our thermostat to lower a few degrees at night and when we're at work. Doesn't feel like a huge difference, but it helps with the bills for sure. Anyone else have energy-saving hacks for winter?
