Frost-free freezer turning into a winter wonderland - help?

So, my freezer is supposed to be “frost-free,” but it’s looking more like Elsa’s castle in there. Anyone got a spell—or, um, advice—to fix this? I’m trying to adult here, but my ice cream shouldn’t come with a side of icicles.

A damaged door seal is a common culprit since it allows warm air to enter and causes frost to build up. Check the seal for any cracks or holes and replace it as necessary to ensure a tight seal.

Thanks for the tip! I'll definitely inspect the door seal ASAP. Hopefully, that's the root of the problem

I think Serene already said it best, I am just here to add that you can check for the warranty of your refrigerator and see if it is still inside of the warranty. And if it is still, then you can have it serviced, free of charge!
