Hey eon.xlslcbcdtks , fellow fitness fiends! πŸ‹οΈβ€β™‚οΈ One big tip I've learned is to always warm up properly before diving into the heavy stuff. A few minutes of dynamic stretching can make a world of difference! Also, don't forget to focus on proper form over lifting heavier weights. It's all about quality over quantity, folks! Stay safe out there and keep crushing those home workouts! πŸ’ͺ

Like any other physical activity, the best way to prevent any injuries is by doing pre-workout stretching. I think this is one of the basic knowledge to have when engaging in physical activity. This is needed to loosen up your muscles before working out! Stay safe gym buddies!

Ensure to warm up adequately, use proper form and technique, gradually increase intensity, incorporate rest days, and listen to your body's signals to prevent injuries during home workouts.
