Don't feel silly about it! I commend you for wanting to be prepared in case of emergencies. For someone like me, with prior emergency training drills. I cannot emphasize more how important it is to have an emergency or safety drill in any space like your house or workplace. Because we will never know when is the time we can use this skill. And I encourage everyone to have basic, or even advanced training to add to their life skill. Good job for taking the initiative to include your roommates in a fire drill!
