I think a fair schedule is 10-20% upfront as a deposit, then progress payments tied to milestones. Though, always keep a final payment for after everything’s done 💰📋.
Totally agree! 🚧 Best bet is def keeping a chunk (like 10-15%) till all’s done and dusted—helps make sure they wrap up properly and no loose ends. Milestones for big $$ payouts keep it all chill too. 💰
