What are some space-saving solutions for small home gyms?
I live in a small apartment and don't have a lot of space for bulky exercise equipment. Any recommendations for compact, multifunctional pieces that won't take up too much room?
For a small home gym, go for foldable equipment like a compact treadmill or adjustable dumbbells that take up minimal space. Wall-mounted racks or pegboards are also great for organizing resistance bands, yoga mats, and other gear without cluttering the floor!
