        Love this question! One of my go-to techniques is practicing mindful breathing—just taking a few deep breaths when I need to reset. Also, being present in small moments, like savoring your morning coffee or focusing fully during a walk, can make a big difference. I’ve found that gratitude journaling helps, too!
