Hello all! I think the easiest way is to carefully pry up the damaged tile with a chisel, though be gentle to avoid damaging the surrounding ones. 😊

Swapping out damaged tiles or planks? Easy peasy! 🛠️ Just carefully remove the broken one with a chisel, clean up the area, and pop in the new piece with adhesive. Good as new!
