HEPA vs. carbon filters: what’s the difference?

Hi there! I’m confused about HEPA and carbon filters. Can someone explain the main differences and which might be better for my needs?

I’ve used both, and I think HEPA filters capture more allergens. Carbon filters, though, are ideal for eliminating smells. 🏡

Hey folks! Can anyone break down the key differences between HEPA and carbon filters and let me know which one's the MVP for tackling dust and odors? 🤔🌀 Thanks!

HEPA filters are designed to capture small particles like dust and allergens, providing high-efficiency air purification. Carbon filters, on the other hand, are used to remove odors and gases from the air, making them ideal for addressing smells and chemical pollutants.

HEPA filters trap tiny particles like dust and allergens, while carbon filters are great for removing odors and gases. 🌀 So, HEPA for clean air, carbon for fresh smells!
