    Rowing Machine vs. Stationary Bike: Which provides a better full-body workout?

    I'm considering adding either a rowing machine or a stationary bike to my home gym to get a full-body workout. Which option offers more comprehensive muscle engagement and cardiovascular benefits?

        I've found that the rowing machine really targets both muscles and cardio. It's been great for overall fitness and keeping things interesting. Plus, it's low-impact, which is a big plus.
