    Mindfulness is so easy to find now! I love using apps like Headspace and Insight Timer, plus websites and podcasts. So many options! 🧘‍♀️📱📖

      I love using the Headspace app for guided meditations and the Calm app for soothing sleep stories. For books, "The Power of Now" by Eckhart and for podcasts, I can't get enough of "The Mindful Kind" by Rachael Kable. 😊

        2. Journaling: Writing down thoughts in a gratitude journal helps me stay grounded and reflect on my day.
