      Sorry to hear you've been through that. Scary stuff! One thing I learned is to always have emergency numbers handy, like 911. Also, knowing CPR can be a real lifesaver.         You can post an Illustration or inform everyone in your house to be familiar with the warning signs of a heart attack, such as chest discomfort, shortness of breath, nausea, and lightheadedness.
