    How do you incorporate bodyweight exercises into your home workout routine?

    Sometimes I prefer bodyweight exercises over using equipment, but I'm running out of ideas. What are your go-to bodyweight workouts and how do you keep them challenging?

    I had the same prob. I do push-ups, squats, and planks mostly. To keep it fresh, I mix up diff variations like diamond push-ups or one-legged squats... 🏋️‍♂️🤸‍♀️💪
