Apply ergonomics to home spaces for comfort & function: kitchen, bedroom 🛏️

In what ways can the principles of ergonomics be extended beyond the home office to enhance daily activities and routines in various living spaces?

Ergonomics at home? You bet! Think beyond the office chair 😉

✅ In the kitchen, pull-out shelves save your back from reaching for stuff in the back of cabinets and adjustable-height counters can prevent awkward bending.
✅ In the bedroom, a comfy mattress is key for a good night's sleep, and under-bed storage keeps things organized and avoids reaching under the bed for PJs!

    Just some ideas! 😁

Definitely! Ergonomics can transform how we interact with our surroundings beyond just the office . In the bedroom, optimizing mattress and pillow height for proper alignment can promote better sleep quality

In my opinion, incorporating ergonomics into kitchen and bedroom design can greatly improve daily living. Though in the kitchen, placing commonly used tools and ingredients within arm's reach can streamline cooking tasks. In the bedroom, investing in ergonomic pillows and arranging furniture for ample circulation can promote restful sleep. 🛋️💤🍳
