Hi there! I must admit that after using resistance bands for a time, they're very great. They are incredibly adaptable and excellent for providing resistance to a variety of workouts, including lunges, squats, and even upper body movements like presses and rows. They also take up far less room than dumbbells or other gym equipment and are simple to store. Usually, I use them on their own or add them to bodyweight exercises to increase the intensity in my at-home workouts. If you want to change up your routine, it's definitely worth a try!Comment
