Is It Possible to Over-Insulate Your Home?

Alright, so I'm going all in on insulating my place, but I hit pause thinking, can you overdo it? πŸ˜… Like, is there such a thing as too much insulation, or is more always better?

I'll definitely take a look at Storables for some inspiration. Hopefully, they have some advice on insulation too! πŸ˜ŠπŸ‘

Yes, you can over-insulate your home but they have consequences if you go overboard. For example, there's a high possibility of risk in fire because some insulation materials are flammable. If too much insulation is packed into confined spaces, it can increase the risk of fire and hinder firefighters' ability to access and extinguish flames. πŸ™‚

Totally! It's all about finding that insulation sweet spot. 🏑🌟 Over-insulating can lead to issues like poor ventilation or trapping moisture, which could cause mold. It's smart to strike a balanceβ€”ensure your home is snug without overdoing it. Consulting with a pro can help nail down the right amount for your space!
