Accidents can be scary, but there are ways to make our homes safer without spending lots of money. Maybe try using non-slip rugs or putting up grab bars in the bathroom. Let's share our ideas and help each other stay safe! 🏡🛁

Absolutely agree! Non-slip rugs are a game-changer, especially in areas prone to spills or water splashes. Grab bars in the bathroom are also a lifesaver, literally. Another budget-friendly tip: installing brighter LED lights in dimly lit areas can help prevent trips and falls

Thrifty home modifications for preventing common child and elderly accidents include installing safety gates at stairs and doorways 🚪, securing furniture and appliances to walls to prevent tipping hazards 🪑, using non-slip mats in bathrooms and kitchens 🛁, adding grab bars in bathrooms and near stairs for stability 🛠️, and ensuring adequate lighting throughout the home 💡.
