What's the best type of saucepan for making sauces and soups?

Hey sauce masters! ๐Ÿฅฃ I'm in need of a reliable saucepan for whipping up delicious sauces and soups but not sure which type to go for. Should I opt for stainless steel, copper, or something else? Share your saucy recommendations! ๐Ÿฒโ€‹

Hey there! opper pans are fantastic for precise temperature control but can be a bit more high-maintenance. Non-stick is also an option if you want something easy to clean, but it doesn't conduct heat as well๐Ÿฒ๐Ÿ˜Š

For sauces and soups, you'll want a saucepan that heats evenly and is easy to handle. ๐Ÿฒ Stainless steel pans are great because they distribute heat well and are durable. Non-stick pans are handy too, especially for delicate sauces that need gentle stirring. Size matters too - go for a medium-sized pan to prevent sauces from burning or boiling over. Happy cooking! ๐Ÿฅ˜
