Sneak it in! That's my motto for fiber 😉 Here's what I do:- Swap white rice for brown or quinoa in dishes - more fiber and fluffier texture too! #ByeByeWhiteRice
- Add lentils or chickpeas to soups and stews - protein and fiber boost!
- Veggie overload! Roast a bunch of veggies and throw them into everything - pasta, stir-fries, omelets - endless possibilities!
