Threw some soundproofing foam panels on the walls in my home office/studio and it made such a HUGE difference 💯 Easy to install yourself and doesn't cost a fortune. Plus, they come in all sorts of colors so you can even jazz up the place a bit 😍 -
I think addressing air vents and ducts is important! 💨 Seal any gaps or leaks in your HVAC system to prevent sound from traveling through ductwork, and consider installing soundproofing materials around vents to reduce noise transmission.
