Threw some soundproofing foam panels on the walls in my home office/studio and it made such a HUGE difference 💯 Easy to install yourself and doesn't cost a fortune. Plus, they come in all sorts of colors so you can even jazz up the place a bit 😍🥰 1 -
I think addressing air vents and ducts is important! 💨 Seal any gaps or leaks in your HVAC system to prevent sound from traveling through ductwork, and consider installing soundproofing materials around vents to reduce noise transmission.🥰 1Comment

Hey there! 🎶 Soundproofing a home office or studio is definitely a challenge, but it's totally doable! One trick I've found useful is using heavy curtains or drapes to absorb sound, especially if you have windows in the space. You can also try adding acoustic panels or foam to the walls to help dampen sound vibrations. And don't forget about sealing any gaps or cracks around doors and windows to keep sound from leaking in or out. It might take some trial and error, but with a bit of creativity, you can definitely create a quieter working environment! 🎤🥰 1Comment
