    Hey folks! I'm trying to figure out the best foods to pack for energy and efficiency on longer treks. What do you usually bring? Looking for options that are both nutritious and easy to prepare.​

    For long outdoor trips, you can’t go wrong with trail mix, jerky, energy bars, and instant oats! Don’t forget water and some easy-to-make meals like dehydrated soups or pasta. Keeps you fueled and ready for adventure!

      For long outdoor trips, I always pack high-protein snacks like jerky or trail mix, along with instant meals like ramen or dehydrated soup. A good mix of carbs, protein, and fats keeps energy levels up without adding too much weight to the pack.

        For long outdoor trips, I always pack a mix of energy-dense foods. Trail mix is a mustβ€”nuts, seeds, and dried fruit are great for quick energy. I also love protein bars; they’re easy to carry and fill you up.
