Preventing root rot in houseplants? ๐ŸŒฟ

Hi all! I think a couple of my houseplants might be suffering from root rot. What are some good practices to prevent this from happening? Any tips are welcome! ๐ŸŒผ

It's better to underwater than overwater most houseplants. Let the top inch or so of soil dry out before watering again. Sticking your finger in the soil is a good way to check. ๐Ÿ™‚๐Ÿ‘Œโœจ๐Ÿ˜‰

Hey there! Preventing root rot in houseplants is all about proper care and attention. Use pots with drainage holes to allow excess water to escape. Avoid overwateringโ€”let the top inch of soil dry out before watering again. Consider using a well-draining potting mix and pruning any damaged roots. Keeping a balance is key!
