    I love doing a mix of running and bodyweight exercises like push-ups and squats at the park. 🏃‍♂️ For variety, I also enjoy hiking trails and incorporating some yoga stretches for a complete outdoor workout. 🌳

      I love outdoor workouts! I think trail running is awesome for cardio. Hiking's great for scenic routes though. 🏃‍♂️
