Iβve read all sorts of tips online but would love to hear what tricks or products you use to keep your food safe from curious critters while camping. Any personal stories or advice?

I always use bear-proof canisters and hang food bags from a tree branch at least 12 feet off the ground and 6 feet away from the trunk. Also, keep your cooking area far from your sleeping area. Once, a raccoon raided our camp, but these tricks have kept our food safe ever since! -
Store food in bear-resistant containers away from your campsite and cooking area, and dispose of food waste properly to minimize attracting wildlife. Clean cooking utensils and dishes immediately after use and store them securely to avoid lingering food odors.Comment

Hey! When I go camping, I always use a bear canister. Itβs basically a tough container that bears canβt open. Also, hang your food in a tree if you canβt get a canister. And never keep food in your tent β thatβs just asking for trouble. One time, a raccoon got into our cooler because we left it out. Learned my lesson the hard way! π»π½οΈπ«Comment
