I was drilling holes, but my drill's battery is dead, and you don't have a spare that time .I used our old hand-cranked egg beater in our kitchen . I detach the beaters, attach a drill bit to the rotating mechanism, and start cranking away. Surprisingly, the egg beater provides enough torque to drill the necessary holes, allows me to complete your project without needing a powered drill. It's an unconventional solution, but it gets the job done in a pinch !
