    Silicone Bakeware: Yay or Nay?

Hi foodie friends! I'm intrigued by silicone bakeware but unsure if it's worth the hype. Have you used silicone molds, mats, or pans in your baking adventures? Share your successes or cautionary tales, and help a fellow baker out!

I absolutely love using silicone bakeware because it's so easy to clean and versatile! The non-stick surface means I can skip greasing or flouring pans, and they come out of the dishwasher looking brand new every time. Plus, they take up hardly any space in my kitchen drawers. However, I'm a bit hesitant about their stability, especially for larger or heavier baked goods. While they're flexible and great for storage, I sometimes worry about them not holding their shape as well as traditional metal pans.

Yay! Easy cleanup and no sticking.
It's durable and can withstand high temperatures, so you can use it for a wide range of recipes.
