      Hey! One thing that works great for me is to plan meals that use similar ingredients. This way, I can buy in bulk and save time and money. 😉 Also, cooking large batches of grains, proteins, and veggies at once helps for easy assembly throughout the week.

        Sure thing! What works like a charm for me is dedicating a chunk of time on Sundays to plan out my meals for the week and prep ingredients like chopping veggies or cooking grains in advance. I also make sure to cook versatile staples that I can mix and match throughout the week, like grilled chicken or quinoa. Oh, and having a bunch of reusable containers on hand makes storing meals super easy and keeps everything organized in the fridge!
