      Totally! 🌱 For healthier swaps, try Greek yogurt instead of sour cream for creamy dishes, or use avocado in place of butter for baking. You can also replace white flour with almond or whole wheat flour, and use honey or maple syrup instead of sugar.

        Applesauce or mashed bananas instead of butter in baking – reduces fat and adds natural sweetness and Greek yogurt instead of sour cream or mayo – it’s lower in fat and adds a nice creaminess.​​
