    Sometimes I find it challenging to stay motivated to cook healthy meals regularly. How do you keep yourself inspired and on track with healthy eating habits?

    For me, setting aside dedicated time each week for meal prep has been key . I carve out a couple of hours on weekends to chop veggies, marinate proteins, and portion out ingredients haha . This makes it so much easier to throw together a healthy meal on busy weeknights.

      I totally get that! For me, I keep it fun by trying new recipes, like a bomb smoothie bowl or a dope quinoa salad, and keeping my fridge stocked with fresh stuff so it's easy to whip up something healthy and yummy without much hassle. 🌟🥗
