What are your favorite healthy substitutes for common cooking ingredients?

I'm trying to make my favorite recipes healthier, but I'm not sure where to start when it comes to ingredient substitutions. What healthy swaps do you recommend for ingredients like butter, sugar, and flour?

I love using Greek yogurt instead of sour cream for a protein boost. Also, swapping out white flour for almond flour adds a nutty flavor and is great for gluten-free recipes.

You can try using applesauce instead of butter for baking. It adds moisture without the fat. For sugar, honey or maple syrup are good alternatives—they're sweet but have more nutrients. And for flour, almond flour or oat flour work well in recipes, giving a nutty flavor and more fiber.

Healthy ingredient swaps can elevate recipes! ᯓᡣ𐭩 Try using mashed avocado or Greek yogurt for butter, natural sweeteners like honey, maple syrup, or mashed bananas for sugar, and whole wheat or almond flour for all-purpose flour. 🍽️🌿

I love swapping out regular flour with almond flour and using Greek yogurt instead of sour cream! 🥑✨ Healthier and still super tasty! 😋
