    How do you incorporate more vegetables into your daily meals?

    I'm always looking for creative ways to sneak more veggies into my diet. What are your go-to recipes or cooking techniques for making vegetables the star of the show?

      I sneak extra veggies into meals by adding spinach or zucchini to smoothies and throwing a handful of greens into soups or pasta sauces. Roasting a big batch of mixed vegetables at the start of the week also makes it easy to add them to lunches and dinners.

        Totally! I sneak veggies into everything! 🥦 Add spinach to smoothies, toss extra peppers in pasta, or make veggie-packed soups. It’s all about finding creative ways to sneak them in!
