Smoothies are my go-to! Especially in the summer. Just blend some frozen fruit (berries are great!), yogurt, and a splash of milk or nut milk. Takes two minutes and keeps me full until lunch. Sometimes I add a scoop of protein powder for an extra boost. What about you guys? Any other ideas for speedy breakfasts? -
