    There are so many options out there! What should I look for in a yoga mat for my daily home practice? Thickness, material, grip? What works best for you?

      When I was picking out a yoga mat, I focused on thickness and grip. I found that a thicker mat (around 5-6mm) gives better support for my knees and joints during poses. For material, I prefer natural rubber or PVC-free options for a non-slip grip.
