    Hey everyone! I can't decide between getting an elliptical or a stationary bike for my home gym. What are the pros and cons of each from your experience?

    I prefer the elliptical because it's low-impact and great for full-body workouts. It feels like you're gliding, which is easier on my joints. The stationary bike is good too, especially for focused leg workouts and cardio sessions.       Hey! I've tried both and here's my take: The elliptical gives a full-body workout and is low-impact, great for cardio without stressing joints. On the other hand, the stationary bike is more focused on legs but can be intense for building strength.
