Best automation tricks for energy savings? 💡🌱

I'm curious about how to use home automation for better energy efficiency. What setups or devices have really cut down on your power bills?

Smart plugs are my secret weapon for saving energy! ⚡ I use them for things like lamps and the coffee maker ..Just program them to turn off when not in use. No more phantom energy drain! Plus, it's kinda fun saying "Hey Google, turn off the coffee maker" with my phone. Feels futuristic, ya know? 😂

I’ve installed smart bulbs and switches that I can control with my voice or phone. Setting them on a schedule or using motion sensors means they only turn on when needed. Philips Hue is a popular choice, but there are plenty of options out there. 😉👌✨👍

Smart plugs for anything you forget to turn off - like lamps or phone chargers! Automated lights with motion sensors turn off in empty rooms, and a smart thermostat learns your routine for optimal heating/cooling.

Hey! So, one thing that's made a big difference for me is using smart thermostats to control heating and cooling. They learn your habits and adjust accordingly, so you're not wasting energy when you're not home. Also, smart plugs are great for scheduling appliances to turn off when not in use. Hope that helps! 💡🌿
