Best flooring for a home gym setup? 🏠

Great question about home gym flooring! 🏋️‍♂️ I think considering factors like moisture resistance and noise absorption is key, though. You want a surface that can withstand sweat and minimize sound during workouts. 💦🔇

When choosing flooring for your home gym, give special consideration to moisture resistance and noise absorption. Seek for resilient, hygienic materials that offer cushioning and stress absorption, such as vinyl, foam, or rubber. For simple installation and customization, think about using interlocking tiles. This will produce a training space that is both cozy and practical. 🎋‍♂️💦🏇

You definitely want something that can handle sweat without getting damaged and keep the noise down while you're pumping iron or doing your cardio. So, think about flooring options that are moisture-resistant and offer good sound absorption. That way, you can focus on your workout without any distractions. 😉👍👌✨🥰

I agree! I went with interlocking foam tiles for my home gym, and they've been fantastic. They're soft on the joints, great for noise reduction, and super easy to install
