    Elliptical is my jam for cardio at home πŸƒβ€β™€οΈπŸ™Œ Treadmills are great for running, but elliptical is easier on the joints, and you work your upper body too ..Feels like a full-body workout without the impact. Just my two cents! πŸ˜‰
