Hey, there Greatfulheart! I prefer the acrylic over the cast iron. I don't know, but I just hate the bone-chilling sensation whenever my skin touches any iron or metal. That is why I prefer materials like acrylic or anything that doesn't get super cold when not in use! Hahaha! -
Team cast iron all the way! 😎 Sure, it might take a while to heat up, but that hot water STAYS hot for ages, so perfect for long, relaxing soaks. Plus, they're super durable and practically indestructible!
Acrylic is lighter and cheaper, but can scratch easier and doesn't hold heat as well.
Just my two cents! 😁Comment

I've had both acrylic and cast iron tubs, and here's my take. Acrylic's lighter, easier to clean, but scratches easier. Cast iron's a tank, lasts forever, but it's heavy and needs more upkeep. If you're into insulation, cast iron keeps the water warmer longer. It's all about what matters most to you!Comment

Hello gratefulheart When it comes to bathtub materials, it's all about choosing what fits your style and needs! 🛁 Acrylic tubs are lightweight, easy to install, and come in a variety of shapes and colors. They're also generally more affordable and retain heat well. On the other hand, cast iron tubs are super durable and have that classic, luxurious feel. They hold heat better and are great for soaking. Consider your budget, maintenance preferences, and aesthetic goals to pick the perfect tub for your bathroom oasis!Comment
